Players registering after August
1st will be wait listed and placed on teams based upon availability.
The registration fee includes a complete regulation AYSO uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), supplemental accident insurance, team and individual pictures. Depending on what equipment you already have, you may need to obtain soccer cleats, shin guards, a soccer ball (size depends on age) and a water bottle.

PRE-REGISTRATION
The following 5 steps are required whether your child is new to AYSO or a returning player.
1. Go to: www.eayso.org. If it is your first time on eAYSO, click on "first time" and follow instructions. If your child is a returning player click "log in"
2. When you have completed the pre-registration process, please print Two (2) copies of the registration form. Please use the "print" option on the website and NOT your browser's print function. Your browser will NOT print the form properly.
3. If you plan to volunteer as a coach, assistant coach, referee or team parent click on the volunteer link follow instructions and print TWO (2) copies of the volunteer form
4. Sign all forms and bring them with you to the registration site.
5. New players must also provide a copy of the birth certificate and proof of residence (i.e., SDGE bill, phone bill).

REGISTRATION FEES

· U6 through U19: $120.00 per player with a maximum fee of $360.00 per family.
· U5 division: $50.00 per player
· VIP players: $50.00 per player

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ( NOT ACCEPTED AT
Al's Sport Shop is the only place to register after June 6th. You will need to follow the pre-registration instructions above and include a check for the full registration fee as listed above. All applications received after August 1st, will be placed on a waiting list and your check will be deposited only if the child is placed on a team. Submitting a late registration does not guarantee you a place on a team. we encourage everyone to register early.
Players withdrawing prior to September 1, 2009 will be issued a full refund. (Uniform must be returned prior to refund)
After September 1, no refunds will be issued except for the following reasons:

VOLUNTEERS
If you plan to volunteer as a coach, assistant coach, team parent or referee, you must complete and submit a volunteer form every season. Please follow the following instructions:
1. Go to: www.eayso.org. Log in, click on the volunteer link and follow directions. Print two copies of the volunteer form and bring them to registration along with your drivers license.
2. Go to www.aysotraining.org and complete the AYSO Safe Haven training. This training course takes about 20 minutes and at the end you will have an option to print a certificate of completion. Print two copies, one for your records and submit the other with your volunteer form. (Safe Haven is not required if previously completed)
