2021 Refund Policy
Only one form per child.
A child may not play in AYSO games or practices once this form is submitted.
Refunds are normally processed within 4 to 6 weeks. Incomplete forms could take longer.
All registration refunds will be paid as follows:
Refunds requested prior to JUNE 30TH
- Full refund paid minus non refundable fee of $25/player
Refunds requested between July1st-July31st-
–75% of registration fees/player
Refunds requested August 1st-August 31st- 50% of registration fees/player
NO refunds will be given after August 31st
